Entrepreneurship is much more that launch a business, is a new way to think, to work, to evolve…This research aims to go deep within the comprehension of Entrepreneurship Competences under the assumption that apply to all spheres of life as an enabler for personal , professional and social development taking as reference the EntrComp framework promoted by the European Commission.
Although personal traits are supposed to be determinant for entrepreneurs, we believe that entrepreneurship literacy is a driver to empower people to face uncertainty and should be universalized. For this reason we work on three dimensions: the understanding of the relation between some abilities and the entrepreneurial performance of people, the identification of the most relevant competences affecting entrepreneurship intention; and also spreading this knowledge in a practical way through specific entrepreneurship competences programmes with tools and methods adapted to different profiles and needs.

We conduct experiments to explore the connection between entrepreneurship competences and different behaviors among participants in entrepreneurship education programs, incubators, accelerators and also gathering samples of entrepreneurs. If you are interested in exploring how specific competence evolve during a course just contact us we will provide you more information!
The two broad questions are (Shah et al., 2016):

Despite the vibrant interest on building an entrepreneurial capability among citizens, there is not a common and clear definition about what entrepreneurial competences are (Bacigalupo et al. 2016)

Entrepreneurship education has been considered an essential that should be promoted along the entire education lifecycle, from primary and secondary school, to higher education and beyond as a mean to foster entrepreneurship (World Economic Forum, 2009). However, specially the link with the methodology of teaching and the contents should be addressed (Liñán & Fayolle 2015).
